We are a full-service General Contractor and Interior Design business. We are family run. Founded in 2021 by Alex Little, owner & Journeyman Carpenter. Serving Victoria and the surrounding communities.
Meet the team
Alex, a red seal carpenter brings over 20 years of construction experience, both on the tools for commercial construction companies, custom home builders, restoration and in management. Alex cares deeply about relationships - striving to work with great people, guiding them through the project, connecting them with our trusted network of trades and partners throughout the process.

Cody has been working as a carpenter and in woodworking as long as he can remember, starting out in his family's shop. Cody has experience working in a variety of settings including custom homes, millwork and restoration. His familial connection to the trade, attention to detail and wealth of experience set him apart. Cody's easy going, anything is possible attitude allows him to excel for our clients.

Patrick is currently pursuing his Red Seal in Carpentry through Camosun College. Patrick has a background in hospitality management and most recently in the film industry as an Assistant Director. He brings his ability to collaborate, coordinate and pay attention to detail while keeping the bigger picture in mind to the team.

Caitlin is an Interior Designer and brings 10 years of experience in high-end residential, retail, hospitality and corporate interior design. Holding her Bachelor of Interior Design (BID) degree from Mount Royal University’s CIDA Accredited program, Caitlin is dedicated to furthering the interior design industry by providing a high-quality and personalized service focused on technical expertise, meaningful collaboration with clients, vendors, and trades.

After a career as a Director in the Nova Scotia Provincial Government and as an Executive Coach, Barb retired and now lends her skills to the office management, bookkeeping and professional development of the team among many other facets of the business.
